These directions are written for WINDOWS XP, but MAY work with other versions of Windows.
- Print these directions before doing anything else.
- Close or minimize all browser pages.
- RIGHT CLICK on any blank area of your desktop screen.
- LEFT CLICK on the word Properties at the bottom of this mini pop-up screen.
- A small screen titled Display Properties will appear. LEFT CLICK on the SETTINGS tab.
- You will now see the SETTINGS Screen. On this screen find the portion called Screen resolution. It will have a sliding scale on it with LESS on the left and MORE on the right.
- Place your cursor over the slide marker/inicator. Right click and HOLD the mouse button down. DO NOT RELEASE THE BUTTON YET!
- You may now change the screen resolution by using the mouse to slide the marker RIGHT to INCREASE the resolution setting or LEFT to DECREASE the resolution setting. REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR MOUSE BUTTON PRESSED UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED SELECTING THE NEW SCREEN RESOLUTION>
- RELEASE the mouse button then click on the OK.
- You will be asked if you want to keep the new screen resolution. Click YES to keep this new setting and NO to revert back to your original screen resolution.
- You have now finished resetting your screen resolution.
